Returns and Exchange Policy


Cancellation Policy

- We do not entertain cancellations once an order has been placed. 

- If in case, your order gets cancelled from our end for some reason, we shall notify you about the same. We will refund the amount paid by  yourself to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchange Policy 

- All our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans using various traditional and modern techniques with which its difficult to produce exact replication of  image that's shown on the website.

- We put our utmost effort in showcasing the products as realistic as possible with the color, dimensions and look etc.

- There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.

- Our products may contain natural embellishments like semi-precious stones, pearls and gem stones etc. which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect. 

- Also there is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since we provide all necessary informing regarding the product in the product description. 

- Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of the products displayed on our website. Hence any return/ exchange on these criteria will not be accepted.

We encourage you to get in touch with us before you place an order if you have questions about the details of the jewelry, we will make sure we assist you with enough pictures and videos and other info.

Exchanges will be done for the following cases:

- The product is damaged during transit. (With valid video proof)

- The package is lost in transit by our courier partner

- In case a wrong item has been shipped to you, and only in the event of the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer.

Custom and Made-to-order Policy 

All custom made or made-to-orders will require half payment at the time of order confirmation. And the remaining payment can be done once the product is ready to dispatch.

Please Note - There is no policy like pay remaining amount on the receipt of delivery. Full payment has to be done before dispatch.

There will be no return/exchange/replacement on custom or Made-to-orders.

Sale items

Unfortunately, Products purchased during the sale are non-refundable, and not eligible for Returns and Exchanges. 

Returns (If Applicable) 

- We shall accept return of the product only if the same is damaged in transit and is notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Additionally, customers are requested to do an unboxing video once the product has been received, that helps us to confirm in case if the product has been damaged in transit. In such an event, please WhatsApp us at +91 9345287874 with your order number and attach the images of the product received. We will get back to you with further process of return.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We will provide you a replacement of the same product or refund, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in the original state.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment and you will receive the refund or replacement within 5-7 business days. 


- Incorrect or outdated delivery address by the customer

- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier partner.

- Package refused by recipient.

- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

- If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.

- Customer fails to report us the issue within 24 hours of delivery of goods from her end. 

Shipping (If Applicable)

Since we are small business, currently we don't offer reverse pickup facility. We request you to contact us prior to shipping the item.

We will share you the necessary details to return the product.
